Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

  • Your event will be provisional until written confirmation is received; all changes have to be confirmed in writing. We accept voucher copies with authorized signatures. All quoted prices include taxes and fees, however they are subject to price changes.
  • If the event is based on a fixed menu, we kindly ask for confirmation of exact final numbers of participants five working days prior to the event. We allow for a 5% discrepancy. The confirmed number of guests is the minimum being charged. Should the actual number of guests be above the confirmed minimum number, we charge for the actual number of participants.
  • The organiser is legally responsible for all damages caused by guests, employees and representatives. If the fault lies with a third party, the restaurant is not legally responsible for loss or damage of personal items belonging to guests.
  • The restaurant is entitled to cancel any contract at any time and without reason:
      a.) if an event could endanger the business.
      b.) if the reputation and safety of the house is at risk.
      c.) in case of an act of God.
  • The organiser is not entitled to claim compensation.
  • Bills must be paid within 14 days of invoice.
  • The jurisdiction for all legal disputes resulting from this contract falls under that of Salzburg.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • until 8 weeks prior to the event, free of charge
  • within 8 weeks prior to the event, 50% of the estimated amount charged
  • within 4 weeks prior to the event , 75% of the estimated amount charged
  • within 2 weeks prior to the event, total of the estimated amount charged

  • Basis for calculation of à la carte orders: € 30.00 per person.

  • We shall endeavour to re let any cancelled room. In case of a re let we do not charge a cancellation fee.
